Refund Policy
Effective date: 9 July 2026
ManLogX uses a prepaid token wallet: shippers buy tokens (1 token = R1) through our payment partner Paystack and spend them on the platform, including funding escrow for booked loads. This policy explains when and how money comes back to you.
1. Failed or duplicate payments
If a card payment fails, is interrupted, or is charged more than once for the same top-up reference, the incorrect charge is reversed in full to your original payment method. If you were charged but the tokens do not appear in your wallet within an hour, contact support@manlogx.com with the payment reference and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
2. Refunds of unused tokens
- You may request a refund of unused, purchased tokens at any time within 6 months of purchase.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via Paystack and are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Tokens that are committed to an active contract's escrow cannot be refunded until that contract completes or is cancelled.
- Promotional or bonus tokens (if any) have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. Escrowed contract funds
- When a booking is agreed, the shipper's tokens are held in escrow. If the contract is cancelled before pickup by agreement, the escrow is returned to the shipper's wallet in full.
- If a delivery is disputed, the escrow is frozen and released according to the outcome of our dispute process.
- Once a delivery is confirmed and escrow released to the transporter, the payment is final.
4. Transporter withdrawals
Tokens earned from deliveries can be withdrawn to your registered South African bank account from the Wallet screen (minimum 50 tokens). Withdrawals are paid out within 2–5 business days. Incorrect bank details supplied by you may delay payment; funds returned by the bank are re-credited to your wallet.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@manlogx.com from your account email with your payment reference (shown in your wallet transaction history) and the reason. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and aim to decide within 5 business days.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other applicable South African law.
